The One Thing

Since starting, I've become a fanatic!

What is it?

If I could suggest one thing to improve your life, it would be this: Morning meditation.

I can't explain exactly why. Can't put my finger on it. But since starting morning meditation, my quality of life has improved. Even when depression hits (which is a physical thing), I snap out of it in a matter of minutes! It hit me yesterday and an hour later I was doing great.

Am I connecting with my Creator? Am I drawing from my subconscious? Am I connecting with the Universe and all that is?

I don't know for sure. I only know it's been life-changing.
